Independence and neutrality

RTA acts impartially at all times and its employees are bound to confidentiality.

The company as such and the personnel employed are free from any undue commercial, financial, or other influences that could compromise the integrity of their testing and calibration activities.

The management does not issue any technical instructions that could lead to incorrect reports, certificates, or expert opinions. The correct content of a report, certificate, or expert opinion is determined using recognized methods and is scientifically verifiable.

Corporate Social Responsibility

The management takes its responsibility for society and the environment as well as the health of its employees and all persons involved in business processes and undertakes to avoid and minimize the risk of injuries and illnesses.

In addition to the economical use of resources, the management is committed to continuously improving energy-related performance. More energy-efficient products and services are to be preferred in the procurement process.

Management relies on intensive dialogue with the public to build trust through active communication. The unique research facility is made available to the public on a limited basis. All relevant persons within the RTA's sphere of influence are informed about the safety and health protection framework conditions applicable within the organization.

The protection of confidential information and the customer's property rights is guaranteed within the company, as is protection against the loss of relevant data. As the responsible party, RTA also undertakes to handle data sensitively, above all to protect the interests of natural persons.
