We are looking for reinforcement in the area of project management.
As a project manager, you will be responsible for various projects in which rail and road vehicles are tested under extreme weather conditions. You will plan the tests, supervise their implementation, carry out special measurements yourself, and evaluate the results.
Area of responsibility:
After an initial training period, you will gradually take on responsibility for managing projects, depending on your previous experience:
- Management of international projects from the quotation phase through to completion and reporting
- Handling of special measurement and testing technology
- Team leadership tasks within your project team
- Development of decision-making bases and identification of potential improvements for processes in project management
- Writing technical articles and occasional lecturing
Requirements:
- You have a degree in a technical field (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, etc.)
- If possible, you have professional experience in the field of rail vehicles
- You enjoy challenging projects, have a high level of technical understanding, are innovative, and love variety
- You are communicative and enjoy contact with different cultures
- You are reliable and conscientious work is important to you
- You work together with colleagues and customers and are willing to identify with the corporate goals and principles of RTA.
- The position offers and requires independent work, flexible working hours, and a willingness to work overtime.

- Appropriate pay, depending on education, qualifications, and professional experience. The remuneration for this position is €3,600 gross/month. Overpayment is possible with appropriate qualifications (education and experience).
