13.01.2011 Presentation of Stadler FLIRT for Norway
On 13.01.2011 the company Stadler (CH) presented it's regional train FLIRT adapted for the Norwegian State Railways in Vienna.
65 guests from Norway, Poland, Germany, Hungary, Austria and of course Switzerland were invited to this presentation in Vienna. Apart from details about the climatic tests performed at the FLIRT NSB and other information the guests got the possibility to experience the actual climatic tests on the FLIRT.
Peter Jenelten (Stadler Executive Vice President Marketing & Sales) welcomed the guests and the symposium started with different speeches about the FLIRT project in general:

After lunch Gabriel Haller (RTA Technical Director) gave an overview about the possibilities of tests in the climatic wind tunnel and the facility. He invited to a guided tour through the facility and to the actual test section where the FLIRT NSB was currently test.
